Fan of the Dragon Ball Xenoverse series? Picked up a Nintendo Switch but never got around to picking up Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2? If so, you’ll be glad to hear that Bandai Namco is bringing Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 to the Nintendo Switch this September!

Xenoverse 2 will have special Switch functionality, utilizing Joy Con motion controls and includes a 6 player local play mode -features exclusive to the Switch.

Additional options include playing locally with a friend and a more in-depth avatar creation system as well as battle adjustments.

Get Ready for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, Tales of series, Taiko Drum Master series, plus more on the Switch

Bandai Namco has announced Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 (Working Title) will be coming to the Switch. No release date has been set, but the company has also said they have plans
to bring the Tales of series, Taiko Drum Master series, and more (further series not named) to the platform one after the other.

“Goku Black” will be Joining Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2

Bandia Namco has released a new trailer for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, revealing one of the fan favorites from the latest Dragon Ball Super. Yes, Goku Black! Black isn’t the only character making his way to Xenoverse 2.

A product code to download Goku Black is available to all users who pre-order Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. Both Frost and Kyabe from Dragon Ball Super will be playable characters in the first downloadable content pack as well.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will launch October 25 for Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

New modes, and Game Details Revealed for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2

Bandai Namco has revealed several new additions to Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 today. DBX2 will be introducing the new Expert Mission multiplayer mode. In this mode six players will work together to take down giant NPC bosses. This mode will have players planning new ways to take down these bosses with friends and get the whole DBZ experience in this dynamic multiplayer mode. The game will also have twice the amount of quest compared to the original Xenoverse, and new parallel quest for players to enjoy.

lastly Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will be having an Open Beta which will give players the chance to explore Conton City, the new hub area, which is seven times lager from the previous hub city.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is set to launch on October 25, 2016 for Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC, be sure to check out the screenshots  and trailer below.
