Microsoft and Capcom has just announced new content for Dead Rising 4. One of the new DLC, Stocking Stuffer Holiday Pack, is available today for Xbox One. along with the announcement of some more content early next year.

In the Stocking Stuffer Holiday Pack, Frank West is home for the holidays and he’s got a naughty list the size of Willamette.  Zombies have gotten into the holiday supplies and are now dressed up as elves, gingerbread men, reindeer, and snowmen, and to take them on, Frank has an all-new arsenal of holiday themed weapons. Tear up the streets in this festive carnage pack that’s guaranteed to stuff your stocking – then take a festive selfie to prove it to your friends.

The Stocking Stuffer Holiday Pack is included in the Dead Rising 4 Season Pass and the Dead Rising 4 Deluxe Edition, but also available as a standalone purchase for $4.99 in the Microsoft Store.

Windows 10 players who own the Dead Rising 4 Season Pass or the Dead Rising 4 Deluxe Edition for Windows 10 which includes the Season Pass will be able to download and play the new content in early 2017.

New Difficulty and Content in 2017

For players that have tamed the zombie horde and are looking for a bigger challenge, two new difficulty settings for Story Mode are also coming in early 2017. Enemies do more damage, Frank’s weapons break faster, and food restores less health than before. We’ll be sharing more details about when the new difficulty settings will be available in game after the holidays.
