Acquire said earlier this month that Akiba’s Beat was delayed in Japan in order to meet fan expectations.

During the Tokyo Otaku Mode live stream at TGS 2016, producer Junichiro Tamura confirmed that Akiba’s Beat will be delayed in NA to Q1 2017 and added that the game will be released in December in Japan.

Akiba’s Beat will be coming to Playstation 4 and PSVITA when it launches.
