Publisher Natsume has announced River City: Tokyo Rumble will be launching for the 3DS in both North America and Europe this September. Natsume has not annouced a set date just yet but has confirmed River City: Tokyo Rumble will launch with a physical and digital release in NA, and digital only in Europe.
